Resolving concerns
If you have any concerns, please speak to your class teacher in the first instance. They are available briefly at the end of the day or can be contacted via the year group email addresses. See here for details.
For parents who have spoken to the class teacher or have a more serious concern that they wish to raise, these will be dealt with in the first instance by the Key Stage Leader, then Deputy Headteacher, who will keep the Headteacher informed of the matter. This allows the issue to be resolved informally or then be escalated further. This is a deliberate school policy agreed by the governing body and set out by the LSP.
The headteacher has an open door policy and is happy to meet parents. She can be found at the front gate of the school most mornings.
