Eco6 and 5 members of the eco-committee have just returned from a special event at Portishead Library to mark tomorrow's Earth Day.

Along with St Peter's Primary eco-committee, children took part in a number of absorbing activities including learning about recycling, the fine art of composting and how it's possible to blend smoothies using just pedal power!

It was great to have both schools working together again following the success of eco6's presentation to their neighbours in Term 4. The children mixed well, shared ideas and were a credit to their respective schools.
