During the group stage, the girls recorded two wins and two draws from their four matches. They finished joint-top of their group but narrowly missed out on reaching the final by virtue of goals scored.

In their final match, against the other group's second-place side, Portishead ran out 1-0 winners to ensure they ended the day without conceding a single goal.

All nine squad members did themselves, their families and the school immensely proud.
